Thankful Tuesday Two #123.2

This week I am thankful for......................

1. That I solved several technical problems on my own today at work.

2. The fall (cool) weather this week.

Not much to blog about the past few days. Yesterday I worked 10 hours today I worked 11.75 hours. I have been doing two jobs while the crib attendant is on vacation.

Tired

I worked 11.25 hours today then when to the Sullivan High School football game they were loosing 6 to 0 when I left at half time. Well I need to go relax for a while I have to work 8-12 hours tomorrow. But it could be worse we could be very slow and laying people off at work.

Also please pray for my grandmother she was taken to the hospital at 4 this morning. They found that she has an irregular heartbeat.

Lots of Stuff To Do

Today at work I filled in for the guy who works in the tool crib. I placed several orders and checked out supplies for the three different departments (aerosols, liquids and drys) Then after working eight hours I went back out to the aerosol department shop and cleaned up the mini-filler and rebuilt four charging heads this took another two hours. I then had to get to church for supper and get ready for G-Force. I have not had time to read some of the blogs I read or even check my email. I am now going to go watch the rest of the Cardinals baseball game.

1. The safety that that God provided last week going to Louisiana. Also while we worked at the different sites and the safe trip back home.

2. That I did not go back to big mess at work.

Caught Up

Well when I left work today I was all caught up. I got the three filler cylinders rebuilt today. I also talked to the guy that is leaving for a week and a half and I will be taking his place. I got everything lined out that I will need to do while he is gone.

Work, Work And More Work

I went into work today after being off for a week. I went into a little bit of a mess. I had to rebuild seven filler heads and fifteen charging heads. When I left I only had three filler cylinder to rebuild. I wanted to get caught up today but I had been at work for 9.25 hours when I decided to leave and felt that I had been there long enough.

Hard Work Ahead

I am leaving at 7AM (tomorrow Oct. 7) for Louisiana with a group of about 15 from my church Temple Baptist Church. We are going to Ponchatoula and Slidell. Saturday morning Oct.8 we are going to be part of a group to look at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary the National Guard will be with us and we can only be there from 7AM to 4PM. Now I must get back to packing.

1. That things have gone well at work with all the new people and the starting of the 12 hour shifts.

2. That I am getting to go on the mission trip to Louoisiana with my church. We leave Friday (Oct. 7) morning.
