Incident Summary: Suspect w/f entered residence held mother at gunpoint and cut her throat. The suspect then left with the child. Suspect armed with unknown handgun and fillet knife.
Victim Information:Victim 1: Abby Woods, white Female, 7 Days Old, 0 feet 19 inches tall, 6lbs., black hair, blue eyes,.
Additional information: birth mark between eyes.
Clothing description: wearing pink dress with flowered collar.
